Delivery details

Shopping at Molly Brown is very easy; you may place your order online or over the telephone. For telephone orders please call our Customer Care team on + 44 207 493 7785 and one of our representatives will be available to assist you Monday to Friday 9am – 7.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am – 5pm.

At the point of check out, or when placing your telephone order, you will have the option to choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

The Standard Delivery in the UK is 3-4 working days and the charge is £5.00 per delivery address. Express Delivery in the UK takes 1-2 working days and the charge is £12.00 per delivery address.

For Standard Delivery to Europe and the US, please allow 5-7 working days and the delivery charge is £10.00 for each delivery address. Express Delivery to Europe and the US takes 3-5 working days and the charge is £15.00 per delivery address.

For shipments to the rest of the world please allow 5-7 working days for a Standard Delivery service charged at £18.00 per delivery address. For Express Delivery, please allow 4-5 working days and the charge is £25.00 per delivery address.

The delivery address should be one where there is usually somebody available during normal business hours.

All orders will be paid for in Pounds Sterling but when shopping you can use the currency conversion buttons and item costs will shown in either Euros or US Dollars.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason you change your mind, or if the gift just isn’t right, we will be happy to exchange it for something else, or to organise a refund for you. Please return your purchase, by the same method used for delivery, within 7 working days, in new and unaltered condition and with the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately replace your order or refund your payment accordingly.

In the unlikely event that a purchase arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Care immediately on + 44 207 493 7785 and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, or refund your credit card as you choose. Replacements and refunds will be made, providing damaged or faulty items are returned to Molly Brown within 7 working days.

Molly Brown accepts no liability unless returned goods are sent by recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt) and in their original condition and packaging. Please make sure the package is properly sealed. You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.



If you are returning an order from overseas please contact our Customer Care team by telephone +44 207 493 7785 or e-mail customercare@mollybrownlondon.com and you will be provided with a returns authorisation number and instructions as to how to return the goods.

Cancellation

Due to the fast nature of our delivery service, orders are processed immediately and therefore, may not be cancelled. However, upon receipt of the order, please refer to our refund policy.
